Music is the work of other people – whose rights are protected by law. Some people may choose to share their creative work with other people without charging for it – see www.creativecommons.org, but others – for many of whom creating music is their livelihood – want to be paid for the enjoyment that they provide.

You can only upload music to Psonar that you have bought, paid for and own. Psonar is a legitimate music service and tracks that have been illegally aquired are not permitted.

Psonar is not a file sharing service – which is why you can only transfer your music to and from your own devices, but it is a place where people can share their passion for music.
